Good food grows in a healthy ecosystem - balanced in the dimensions of the seen and unseen, the physical, biological, chemical, elemental and spiritual.

There are innumerable ecosystems acknowledged by scientist but not the ecosystems "HUMANS“ . Looking at the state of our Mother Earth today it seems to be relevant to add us in with the personal individual and global effect our species has  in interacting with the living and non-living environment. 

Do we meet the criteria of an ecosystem? Are we OPEN and ready to exchange with others rather then be isolated in ourselves? Are we DYNAMIC always accepting change and growth? Are we allowing and honouring the INTERDEPENDENCE to one another as individuals, groups, countries and regions to the benefit and wellbeing for our one and only mother home planet GAIA?

From the mystics of all ages we learn that we are interwoven with all Life. As the Whirling Dervish is trained to turn  in harmony with the planets and the stars, respecting and honouring each unique rhythm, let us consider this as a way out and  into our healthy ecosystem.
